A. Fuel management
According to the ambient temperature, select different brands and qualified fuels. Otherwise, low-quality fuel with high sulfur content will cause damage to the engine; diesel must not be mixed with impurities, dust, and water, otherwise the fuel pump will wear out prematurely; excavator drivers are required to fill the fuel tank with fuel after daily operations to avoid overloading the fuel tank. Water droplets occur on the inner wall; open the drain valve at the bottom of the fuel tank to drain the water before daily work.
B. Management of engine oil, hydraulic oil and gear oil
Do not mix oils of different brands and grades; make sure the oil is clean and avoid the mixing of debris (water, dust, particles, etc.); select oils of different brands according to the ambient temperature and purpose. If the ambient temperature is high, use oil with a high viscosity. , if the ambient temperature is low, use oil with a relatively small viscosity; the viscosity of the gear oil is larger to adapt to larger transmission loads; the viscosity of the hydraulic oil is smaller to increase the resistance to liquid flow.
C. Management of smooth grease
Lubricating grease can reduce wear on sports surfaces. When storing lubricating grease, be careful not to mix dust, sand, water and other impurities; when filling, try to squeeze out all the old oil and wipe it clean to prevent sand from adhering.
D. Maintenance of filter element
The filter element plays the role of filtering impurities in the oil or gas lines to prevent impurities from invading parts and causing malfunctions; a filter element suitable for the machine must be used; various filter elements must be replaced regularly in accordance with the requirements of the (Operation and Maintenance Manual). When replacing the filter element, you should Check whether there is metal attached to the old filter element. If metal particles are found, clean them in time.
