Wheel loader 3 Ton Hydraulic system
The new optimized design of the hydraulic system, adding the working hydraulic oil radiator, has a wider application range.
Increase the hydraulic oil independent radiator and its bypass valve to stabilize the heat dissipation flow and prevent the oil from blowing out during cold car start in winter.
Single-pump shunt hydraulic system, high-pressure hose with 24° cone double seal and SAE flange face seal to prevent leakage. The bore of the lift cylinder is 125mm, and the boom is lifted powerfully.
L36-B3 adds several special pipe clamps to avoid the wear of the rubber hose due to relative movement. The flow rate of the hydraulic oil return filter is increased by 20%, the back pressure of the oil return is reduced, and the oil return is smoother.
